It's totally an SEO play.

Intriguing & entertaining, as always. Have you read "Outlive" by Peter Attia?

If you must know:

1. Does face cream count? Nonetheless, Resveratrol, Elderberry, & Quercetin *could* be put into this category & we know I'm an herb hag.

2. I used to think spiders could rot in hell. I now understand their significance to the ecosystem, but still gag every time I see one.

Baylee omg, I haven't read Outlive, but I've come across it so many times whenever I'm writing about this topic.

Face cream TOTALLY counts, especially with more of them explicitly being branded with the "L" word. And hack for spiders I've found helpful: I have named every single spider I encounter in my home "Spencer." I don't know what it is about the name, but it has taken my relationship with most spiders from pure horror and disgust to "that's my friend he eat the bad bug"

You know when you’ve gotten your hands on an exquisite novel and you read it so voraciously that you spoil the whole thing by going faster than you can humanly process? This is how I read Body Lore. I have to tell myself to take my time because there is so much gold in every dang sentence!!

I use face cream every morning and night and I suppose I’m doing it to defend myself against the Wrinkle and thus appear as though I am Living Forever?

Anyway, I have to go hyper-research cryonics in horror.
